Inova IT is a young software development company assembled from the brightest and the sharpest people. We hate to consider ourselves as a big and formal corporation. Rather than that we take pride in being small and young since this is where we get our innovation, agility, dedication and commitment from.

We develop cool software and we enjoy doing so. Our focus is on communications, telephony and information technologies. We believe that the main communication medium is still voice and SMS - to what many would argue since we’re living in the world where a large part of the information flow is communicated through Web or email. We don’t dare to argue that but when you think about how many times an email thread or an IM session needs to get escalated into a voice conversation you will at least partly agree with us.

We might do cutting edge stuff in software and technology but this is one of the facts that we cannot change at the moment. This is how we communicate on a daily basis - and it is something that has worked very well for ages. What we can do is to make such escalations and integrations as easy as possible. Integration of applications, data and communication is something from which we will all benefit from.

Through our services we offer you the opportunity to pick our brains. Our people work with our clients to design, invent, build, deploy and evolve systems that really suit or exceed our clients’ needs. We are not afraid to innovate and suggest alternative solutions if we believe that they will truly be of benefit to our clients. We develop agile and we commit to get the work done. And we are dead serious about it – if we commit we’ll deliver. Period!

As serious as all the above sounds we do take time just to have fun and to grow our culture. As we all like to say: there is no fun in just work and no play. Therefore we do "play" but we also work hard. We are proud of people working with us and we try hard to grow an environment in which we can work, evolve, advance and learn.
