Screening
We will introduce you to our company, providing an overview of our mission, vision, and core values. We evaluate candidates in our screening process for cultural fit, motivation, and relevant experience. We look for enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and alignment with our company values. This helps us select the best talent to grow with our team.

Code challenge
We carefully design our technical assessments to be directly relevant to the specific role, focusing on the key skills and competencies needed for success. By targeting the most important aspects of the job, we provide an accurate evaluation of a candidate's abilities and potential.

Technical interview
In the technical interview, you'll meet potential future teammates (and/or mentor) from the Inova team. The interview process will test your problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and familiarity with key tools and technologies. During the interview, you will discuss practical challenges relevant to the role and demonstrate your skills in programming, systems, or networks through conversation. We will also focus on your approach to troubleshooting, best practices, and real-world scenarios to ensure you’re well-prepared for the position.

Decision and offer
Once your interviews are complete, we’ll review your interview performance as the final step of the recruitment process. If we’re both convinced, we’ll prepare an offer for you or inform you otherwise.
